What is AZCardinalsPremium? is the official single game suites website of the Arizona Cardinals. is designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. premium seating, luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by the Arizona Cardinals and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites and premium tickets posted for sale on this website are directly from the Arizona Cardinals.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book an Arizona Cardinals Suite?

To rent an Arizona Cardinals suite at State Farm Stadium, click on the game you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Arizona Cardinals Premium Seating Department at 602-379-0102 Ext. 3 or [email protected]

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Cardinals Premium Seating Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Cardinals will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into State Farm Stadium.

Will the suite be private to my group?

This depends on the suite you book. All of the loft suites listed on are fully private. Party Loft suites provide a shared suite experience.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All premium spaces at State Farm Stadium are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the Gila River Club Level entrances and take elevators up to their appropriate suite level.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Suites can also be purchased via Wire Transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at [email protected]

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Cardinals representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu and we strongly recommend guests ordering in advance.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people.

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as SROs) for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Arizona Cardinals Suite Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into State Farm Stadium. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Arizona Cardinals)?

State Farm Stadium adheres to the NFL's Clear Bag policy which can be found at For additional rules, please refer to the Cardinals or State Farm Stadium game day page closer to game day or contact a representative from the Arizona Cardinals Premium Seating Department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets will provide access to both the Loft and Gila River Club Levels.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in premium parking lots on site at State Farm Stadium. You will be provided with details on where and how to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP Club entrances can be found on a map on the Cardinals or State Farm Stadium gameday pages closer to gameday. Your Cardinals representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Club access opens 3 hours prior to kickoff. Access to your suite opens 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.
